Send in at least a 20-minute video of you riding and include on video yourself walking on flat ground. I will review this and then have you call me for a 1/2 hour phone consult. I will be able to give you suggestions to improve your riding and help maintain healthy structural posture and possibly troubleshoot problem areas in your body and in the saddle. Cost is $95.00
